Experiential learning

We use experiential learning concepts to impact staff performance. This is accomplished and facilitated by placing participants in a group exercise that is designed to reflect their individual job functions. The impact takes place once the exercise is complete and the group is able to debrief and reflect on their performance.

By debriefing, participants identify what happened, what decisions they made, and what the consequences of these decisions were in the context of their experience. Given similar circumstances in the real world, they explore the likelihood that similar decisions would be made with similar consequences.

Through this exercise participants are able to determine their strengths and weaknesses. This allows them to focus their attention on areas needing self-development. We enable your staff to make permanent, effective changes in their behavior by helping them to understanding the wide range of consequences of their choices and teaching them to accept responsibility for their actions.

This approach fosters an environment of accelerated learning through self-discovery and participation. As Confucius said, "I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand."
