Need to know how we deliver a typical course? Here’s how it all works:

After a Front End Analysis, in which Com-Tech will determine your training needs and requirements, we will define the time, date, course title, description and outline for your program.

One of our qualified, expert trainers will meet with the students to introduce the course, including:

• Introduction to the trainer and Com-Tech Learning Solutions, as well as introduction of the students. 
• Introduce the Com-Tech Learning Solutions Help Desk and inform how to use this service.
• Description of facilities such as washroom, cafeteria, etc. 
• Emergency procedures in case of fire, earthquake, etc.
• Introduce the course and the day objectives

 
The trainer will verify actual student attendance against the class list, making sure the information is correct and making any necessary amendments. The trainer will provide a copy of the completed class list to the company contact person prior to, or during, the first coffee break.
Our trainer will deliver the course according to the course description and outline you approved, beginning with a summary and review of the day.

After the class is over, the trainer will ask the students to complete an Evaluation Form, which the trainer will collect in order to complete a Course Evaluation Summary. The trainer will then ensure that the classroom and systems are cleaned and returned to pre-course conditions. The day is over, the course is complete, and the students have been trained!
