Small Group Coaching 

This curriculum is fully learner focused, paced, and guided. We incorporate actual working documents, projects, and tasks. Small Group Coaching is a wonderful way to bring together individuals who perform similar job functions. Curriculum varies from project-based and troubleshooting to developing of templates and forms.

Project Based Workshops

Project based workshops focus on a task or project that needs implementing, designing, modifying, or developing. The instructor works with the group to complete the project.

Lunch & Learn

These sessions are held during the lunch hour. The topics are focused on "features" within applications. Common naming conventions for these sessions begin with "Learn how to..." These sessions are delivered in a lecture format.

Version Upgrade Topics

Version upgrade courses focus on the specific changes and upgrades found in common software applications.

Applications Overview

These workshops focus primarily on one application per 2-hour session. Learners are provided with a complete scope of the application’s functionalities.

Application Key Features

The topics are focused on "features" within applications. Common naming conventions for these session being with "Learn how to..." These workshops are delivered in a computer lab, allowing individuals to practice hands-on.

Question & Answers (Troubleshooting)

These workshops allow learners to attend a workshop and have questions relevant to their particular needs answered. Learners are encouraged to bring projects to the workshop and have the instructor assist them. 

Staff Applications & Position Evaluations

These are one-on-one appointments during which a learner is able to evaluate their methods in completing tasks with the assistance of an instructor.

Open Courses

Open Courses are available for all authorized software applications. These courses are delivered in a computer lab, hands-on, and provide three levels of competencies.

Tips & Tricks

This half-day session provides employees with an opportunity to enhance their current computer skills by focusing on shortcuts and hidden "tricks" available in many software applications. Tips & Tricks sessions are offered for all major software applications used.
